In Flander Field

After reading the poem "in Flanders Field' i felt a little sad that  a lot of our ANZAC soldiers lost there lives in World War 1, but i also felt and visualized a field fulled with poppies and crosses that seem peaceful for the fallen soldiers who had died.

  1. Hey there Harlyn, thanks for sharing your thoughts and opinions on the poem, 'In Flanders Fields'. It's great that the poem prompted you to visualise a field filled with poppies and crosses which symbolised the fallen soldiers. It's a poem which makes people feel a lot of different things. I've read on a lot of blogs that people felt sad for the people that died, sad for their families who lost many loved ones but also grateful, grateful for their sacrifices so that we can live in a free society.

    Thanks, Billy
