Dealing With Stress


If i feel stressed i like to go and play outside or go for a walk that always makes me feel happy.

  1. Hey again Harlyn, thanks for posting a couple of helpful ideas for people to try when they need to relieve stress or deal with anxiety.

    I really like going for a walk or a run when I am stressed or feeling low. Simply getting out of the house seems to make you feel much better. I also listen to music, read fiction books or watch movies - these things work because they take your mind of whatever you are stressing about. It's about distracting yourself.

    What sort of things make you stressed Harlyn?
